Property Law
Property Law or real property law is the branch of law dealing with the legal rules connected with the real-estate sector (dwellings, buildings, land, etc.), which deals with both the citizens and the public administration or the relationship among the citizens, such as in urban leases, evictions concerning dwellings and business premises, the proceedings to settle ownership, chain of title records, real estate purchases, transfers of business premises, and all the documents related to such operations, like real state purchase agreements, lease contracts, land purchase agreements, or even timeshares, easements, squatting, together with the termination of this kind of contracts and law businesses. Property law is also related to urban law, which is connected with urban licenses, building and construction permits and the denials thereof, together with town planning appeals and other related proceedings.
